PRACTICE TOUR: CAT AND DOG WAITING AREAS

The cat and small animal waiting area makes a visit to the vets much less stressful for cats and small animals. Think about how often on a visit to the vet you have carefully selected a seat away from boisterous dogs, only to find the next person with a dog walks in a sits next to you. The dog waiting area is much larger to minimise the risk of arguments breaking out between patients!

Having calmer patients enables us to better assess your pet, they are less likely to resent clinical examination and clinical parameters such as heart rate and temperature are unlikely to be artificially elevated

The nurses' notice boards provides information on healthcare topics of interest. The public notice board contains notices that may be of interest to pet owners.
